Official E-Journal broadcasting partner KGS tattoos were ubiquitous this week at the 2010 U.S. Go Congress. 
The temporary tats showed up on the most unexpected people — including Cyberoro and Tygem commentator Seong-Yong Kim 9P and in the most unlikely places, including, according to some reports, some nether regions, but we were unable to get to the bottom of this story.
