Registration is now open for the 21st Pandanet Cup Internet World Amateur Go Tournament. A main division and four 
ranked division will be held. All the participants in each division will compete in the preliminary round; players who win their way through the preliminaries will compete in a round to choose regional representatives, followed by the finals. Eight players (Asia & Oceania 4, Europe & Africa 2, North, Central & South America 2) will compete in the main division and four players in each of the other divisions.
